OddBird Café is seeking friendly, dependable, and hospitality-focused Guest Experience Team Members to help create a welcoming and thoughtful café experience for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting a strong team culture.

Guest Experience Team Members support daily Front of House operations through guest service, cashiering, food and beverage delivery, online order support, and maintaining a clean, organized café environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional hospitality
  • Take guest orders and process transactions accurately
  • Answer menu questions and provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
  • Support food running, beverage delivery, and online order pickup
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready café environment
  • Support smooth communication between Front of House and Back of House teams
  • Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures
  • Restock Front of House and beverage supplies as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
  • POS or cash-handling experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional during busy service periods
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable working around hot beverages, café equipment, and food allergens
